Is the same applies to HP ZBook 14u G5? When logging in HP Sure Start password does not work, only fingerprint. I think the best solution would be restoring bios factory settings. Can you please confirm it is correct assumption? Thank you. Peter

3. Error message (if any)

4. Any changes made to your system before the issue occurred
• Examples: Upgrading your Operating System or installing a new software; or installing new hardware like a printer, modem, or router.
