While I installed Windows 10, I deleted Free DOS and HPDOCS partitions. For some reason I'd like to restore the initial state of the notebook. How can I do this?

I don't believe you can.
You would need to contact HP Customer Support directly to see if they can provide Recovery Media that will restore FreeDOS, as the media they carry generally only restores MS Windows.
