Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

I would like to restore my laptop to factory settings, but I don't have the disk and it is now running on Windows 7 Ultimate, where it was running on Windows 7 Starter when I bought it.

Unfortunately, you cannot restore the Laptop without a recovery disc.
