Hello,
Please go to the recycle bin to recover this file named 'SWSETUP', if this is still possible.
Otherwise, you will need to restore the computer to the factory state.
Refer to this document for steps.

Just so you know -- the Factor\y Reset does not actually restore only that folder; instead, it erases and restores the ENTIRE DRIVE -- effectively putting you back to the original setup state.
So, you will lose all apps, settings, and data that did not come preinstalled.
