HP Recommended

So, this HP Guided Solution is entirely useless.  I entered the OS (Win10), and it asked if it had been upgraded from another version.  I answered yes (Win7) and it cautioned me that restoring to factory settings would return the computer to Windows 7 (which is what we want).  When I click the "next step" button, it says that troubleshooting is complete, without offering any help.

When I try to open http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c01867418 and http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03489643 , it gives a 404 error.

I tried contacting HP directly, and was told to either pay for support or call Microsoft.  I'm not sure how calling Microsoft will help when I'm trying to access the HP support website...

Luckily I am able to force the computer to boot from the recovery partition and run it from there.  For those people who may not be so lucky, you guys might want to fix the links on your own website.
