After upgrading the system to 20H2 and to 21H1, I cannot use the microphone, issuse here:https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Notebook-Audio/Microphone-audio-input-problem/m-p/8076528
and frequently has the blue screen with the stop code: KMOODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED; What failed:rtux64w10.sys
Also there are problems when downloading files with chrome, or fail to upgrade games...
I guess there are some drives failing after uograding. But I can't get information from this site:https://support.hp.com/gb-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-pavilion-14-cd1000-x360-convertible-pc/23238449/...
So what about rolling back to 1909? I missed that stable version very much. But because I upgrade from 1909 to 20H2 and 20H2 to 21H1. So it cannot directly roll back to 1909 now.
Anyone helps
kind regards
Zhili

MS typically only supports a Windows 10 version for 2 years or less, so the 1909 version will be going unsupported in only a few months. I strongly recommend against reinstalling it for that reason.
