Hi @Boadu, thanks for posting. Sorry to hear about the issue with your HP product.

 

To give you the exact solution, I need a few details:

1. The exact model and product number (label underneath, or press Fn + Esc / open HP Support Assistant).

2. Your operating system (e.g. Windows 11 64-bit).

3. What exactly happens, plus any error message, beep code or blinking light pattern.

 

With that information I'll point you to the right steps and downloads. Keep me posted!
