I have a slight problem every time i try to uninstall something it say's "Remove safe mode and try it again" something like that
and i do not fully understand how to remove the safe mode on a HP 15 laptop not a notebook it's a full size laptop i am not sure if notebook and laptop are the same the windows button + r does nothing but bring up the Run thing so i need to figure out what or how to remove the safe mode off of it so i can fully and safely uninstall some game's. I just need the easiest way to remove it so if i am repeating but i am short on time i have to get it up and running asap.

Hey there! @AncientVoidMask,
What is the application you are trying to uninstall?
Please share the product number of the PC to assist you better.
Try the steps recommended below to disable the safe mode.
- Press the Windows logo key + R.
- Type msconfig in the Open box and then select OK.
- Select the Boot tab.
- Under Boot options, clear the Safe boot checkbox.
Also, try restoring the BIOS to default settings.
1. Turn off the computer and wait five seconds.
2. Press the Power button to start the computer and repeatedly press the F10 key to enter the BIOS setup menu.
3. On the BIOS Setup screen, press F9 to select and load the BIOS Setup Default settings.
4. Press F10 to Save and Exit.
5. Use the arrow keys to select Yes, then press Enter when asked Exit Saving Changes?
6. Follow the prompts to restart your computer.
If the issue still persists, try resetting the windows back to the factory settings.
