Product: HP EliteBook 840 G5 Base Model Notebook PC
The laptop worked for a long time in the docking station. After that the laptop battery stopped charging. Battery diagnostics showed that the 3 cells voltage is ~700mV, ~700mv and ~1000mV (battery output voltage is ~2400mV).
The laptop battery has been removed from laptop and each cell has been charged to 4100mV (each cell has been connected to PCB all time). The battery is in a locked state now (TCA and TDA are enabled). I would like to clear chip PF flag, but the chip has custom unseal codes and I can’t unseal it. Could I get the unseal codes for chip BQ40Z551 of HP battery SS03XL to complete the battery repair?
Thank you in advance!
Best regards,
