Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

How can I update bios to my PEGATRON CORPORATION 2ACF (P0) to the latest and where can I get it? Right now bios is at version 7.06. The original CPU died and replaced with AMD A8-3870, I was told I must upgrade to the latest bios to prevent conflicts. It is working so far, but I have high temperature on the motherboard (58 - 78 degrees Celsius depending on load).
