Hi @SEFA_Blaq 

 

First, verify in the Device Manager that you have one of these controllers in your network.

 

HP hs2340 HSPA+ Mobile Broadband Module
HP un2430 EV-DO/HSPA Mobile Broadband Module
HP lt2510 EV-DO/LTE Mobile Broadband Module

 

If present, it has the necessary hardware to use a SIM card. Then see page 64 of the service manual to set the SIM card.
