HP 14
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I have an HP 14, I've had it for only 3 months and it won't turn on. I used it and noticed the battery was going to die so I plug it in but it wouldn't hold a charge. I let it die so I could finish my work and tried to connect to different outlets to double check, but no charge. I bought an extra charger to see if that would help and it didn't. I'm still within my warranty so i called HP support to help but they left me on hold for over an hour and it's already past their closing time with no aid in sight. I can't open it so I don't lose the warranty.
