Hp 15 laptop pc not turning on

Hello

i have been having an issue with my hp 15 laptop not turning on. There isn’t any light or sound. Do anyone have any suggestions to help getting it started again?

If there are no lights, no fan sound, and no response at all, I would start with basic power checks first:

1. Disconnect the AC adapter and remove all external devices.
2. Press and hold the power button for about 30 seconds.
3. Connect the AC adapter directly to a wall outlet, not through a power strip or hub.
4. Check whether the charging light turns on near the charging port.
5. If possible, try another compatible HP charger with the same voltage and connector type.
6. Leave the laptop connected to the charger for 15–30 minutes, then try turning it on again.

If there is still no light or sound at all, the issue may be related to the AC adapter, charging port, battery, or system board.

Also, if the laptop has a removable battery, remove it, connect only the charger, and try powering it on. If the battery is internal, I would not recommend opening the laptop unless you are familiar with hardware service.

If none of these steps work, the laptop may need HP service or hardware inspection.
