Product: HP 255 15.6 inch G9 Notebook PC (50J79AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
Hello all,
after installing the F.11 bios in my laptop , on windows 11 home 22h2 version, the laptop goes in sleep mode while using it, in random intervals.
All power settings checked to never go to sleep, on battery or AC adapter , everything checked for maximum performace. Nothing makes any difference. It may do in even in 10 seconds after starting up, 20 mins , 1 hour, at random intervals. Pc goes to sleep while using it.
Everything up to date, the temperature never exceeding 60 celcius (speedfan + Core temperature for checking).
Never happened with F.10 bios. Any solutions other than downgrading bios available?
Thank you in advance.
