Hello everyone I am having this weird

problem with my laptop I want to format it and install the windows 10. I have the Windows  already set in my usb and I already disabled the secure boot and enabled the legacy mode so when I try to boot it with usb first i have the black screen then the windows logo and after that complete darkness and after few seconds an automatic restart. I have tried everything I even tested the usb on another laptop it seems to work just fine. My first impression was that the laptop has some kinda of problem with installing via usb but when I tried to install the windows 7 using the same usb it works perfectly. Can anyone help me with this one thank you

No, you can't boot from ISO file. You have to create a bootable media (USB, DVD ...).

Regards.
