Hi, am using hp 655 6 cell battery it is now bellow very low, please is 12 cell battery computable with the hp 655

Hi,

 

As we can see in the service manual on page 35 these are the 2 compatible batteries for your system:

 

6-cell, 55-Wh, 2.55-Ah, Li-ion battery                                            593554-001

6-cell, 47-Wh, 2.20-Ah, Li-ion battery                                            593553-001

 

The first one will have slightly longer charge.

 

There are some companies that produce larger batteries for the PC which might protrude a little from the laptop. Here is an example:
