I need to update my bios for a Ck-000 notebook which is about 6 years old.  I’m trying to install Microsoft Windows 11 25h2.

I am currently running Windows 11 23h2.

When I use the Update/Driver page at HP no support for Windows 11 for this model.  The laptop meets all other Windows requirements for update.

Welcome to our HP Community forum!

 

Try to run the attached file (unzip first) to upgrade to Windows 11 version 25H2.

 

[EDIT:] It will either work or it will generate a message that this software is not applicable.

 

This would be the easiest way, but if it doesn't work, here is a step-by-step YouTube instructional video how to upgrade W11 from 23H2 to 25H2 (go to timestamp 03:26): Upgrade Windows 11 23H2 and Older To Windows 11 25H2.
