HP withdraws support for the Cloud recovery tool once the PC reaches 5 years of age.

 

Your only option to reinstall W10 would be to use the Microsoft media creation tool and to make a W10 installation flash drive.

 

Download Windows 10

 

After W10 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support page:
