Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Trying to run the HP Cloud Recovery Tool but it errors out after about 2 hours of running with the following:

I saved the logs and attached them, but I can't for the life of me find where I can open an official HP support ticket to upload the log. Anyone have any ideas? And I can't upload the logs here either. Any help would be appreciated.

Please try a different USB Drive and try again.
