Hp Cloud Recovery install only ENglish version windows 10 home v.1709. what are rename in DMI for instal Russian recovery .

my real ID:1DK09AV  and real name hp 17-ak0xx . 

how are instal Russian version Windows-10 from HP Cloud Recovery?

i rename in DMI tools on Name: 17-ak068ur and ID:2GS40EA#ABA ,   but the usb creation program Hp Cloud Recovery throws an invalid ID error:

Hi:

 

If the HP cloud recovery client utility isn't working, you can clean install W10 using the media creation tool from the link below to create an 8 GB USB flash drive installer.  You will then have the option to install the OS in Russian.

After W10 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your PC's support page.
