Product: HP Elite X2 1012
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, the tablet was preinstalled with windows 10 1703, all configured and everything was running ok.

After that we did some windows 10 updates and also the update 1803 is trying to install.

But when it is  installed we need to reboot, but then the installation is not working (it is even not starting) the laptop is only restarting and says that the update is failed. We have 2 systems with the same problem.  After this i tried to update manualy to Windows 10 1809 but then it says " this application is not working under windows 10 and the name of the application is HP Elitebook.  But i can't find any application with this name and we can't continue with the update to the latest w10 version

 

Any idea someone

Hi,

I would try updating the BIOS to latest version and then perform the clean install of latest version of Windows 10.
