Product: EliteBook 8540P
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hi all,

 

I have been trying to work a way to reformat my Hp EliteBook 8540P.

 

Anyway I found an option to use to restore to factory through the bios.

 

Now I have computer that briefly starts and shuts down ?

 

Anyone know why ? Or how to fix this ?
