HP Recommended

Hi. I have an Envy touchscreen laptop and it started with a battery issue today. It staged on for only 11minutes and then it died. I plugged it and it took the same time to charge and When I turned it on it gave me a black screen with a message saying the the  storage capacity of the internal battery was diminished.

This happened  only one before like ao th ago and after charging it it worked normally but not today. Anyone knows what is going on? The brightness of the monitor is low and I was only running a writing program.
