Product: Hp Omen 15
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi!

My Omen 15, after a system restore to the 6th of June is dead. When I turn on my laptop, the blue screen of death appears saying " CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED". I Tried to start my pc in safe mode but the same BSOD appears. I can only open the BIOS and it says that my current version of diagnostic is not up to date. In addition, I can open the troubleshoot but I cannot do a system restore, because it doesn't allow me to select the disk that I want to restore. I cannot reset the system maintaining the files and I tried both the local system and cloud options.

I think there is a problem in the version of the BIOS that don't allow me to use the laptop.

HP Recommended

go to windows recovery by pressing the appropriate button then try automatic system repair . tell me that if problem is fixed or not
