Hello,
i cant find any kind of help, also support is on weekend off so i wil try here.
About 15:30 today i was on my notebook doing basic stuf in davinci resolve. I was editing project which i actually do. With any other information my pc just turn off. I tought, "okay i just turn it on", but no. After trying to turn on pc, the main loading screen with omen logo remain same for hours. There is just loading bar under logo which is just turning still - like it is still something loading.
But, it didnt stop and system and pc didn't run.
It was never slow, after restar it load maybe uner 30seconds, also when pc was turned of and manualy i turn pc on, it always was under 30seconds (approximately).
I dont have full memory, my ssd is about 130GB/512GB full on ssd i have just programs and system. on other 1tb disk i have actualy about 50GB personal stuff and another +- 200GB which is just videos of project i am editing.
I dont edit from External disk , with external disk i always copy file to my pc's memory and then edit it....
I found some informatikn on hp website about bios and follow instructions, as you can see, after 4hours diagnosis my pc show that everything is right and there isnt problem.
Screen show logo, baterry is ok, i think it should be problem with ssd when it loading system so long?
Any help what i can try for weekend? Otherside on Mondy i am calling to support anyway, but if i will be able to run it at least i will make backup of my files....
Thank you !

Hi@Tomwman,
Welcome to the HP Support Community! I'd like to help!
I see you are experiencing issues with the OMEN By HP 15 Laptop not booting to windows just stuck at Omen logo
The BIOS can be corrupted during normal operation from a failed BIOS upgrade, or damage from a virus.
Recover the BIOS using a key press combination.
Turn off the computer. Press and hold the Windows + b keys, and continue to press those keys while you press and hold the power button for 2 to 3 seconds. Release the power button, but continue pressing the Windows + b keys.
The power light remains on, and the screen remains blank for about 40 seconds before anything is displayed. You might hear a series of beeps (usually 8 beeps). Eventually, an HP BIOS Update screen is displayed and the BIOS update begins automatically.
After the BIOS is recovered, a Continue Startup button is displayed and a timer counts down. Click the Continue Startup button to restart the computer immediately, or wait for the computer to restart automatically when the timer reaches zero.
If issue still persist then test the hard drive using HP PC Hardware Diagnostics UEFI to rule out other hard drive issues
- Start or restart the computer.
- Press F2 repeatedly during start up to enter the HP PC Hardware Diagnostics UEFI utility.
- Select Component Tests > Hard Drive > Quick Test.
- Click Run Once.
Once the test completes, results are displayed on the screen.
If the drive passes all tests, continue to restore a computer back to the factory default, which will isolate whether it’s a software or hardware issue.
