My HP LAPTOP BIOS version is updated but when i am installing the the recovery cds then i have a problem when i am trying to install the cds from hp , and im cant downloading hp image from hp cloud image recovery tool of hp 1,plz help me

Hi:

 

If you the cloud recovery image doesn't work, and the recovery disks don't work, the only suggestion I can offer, would be to clean install W10 by making a bootable USB installation flash drive using the media creation tool at the link below.

After W10 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support page.
