Product: Hp Pavilion 15-23au023cl
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

We bought this computer and it does not appear to have a latch on the bottom  for a battery. I called HP and got no help. I am wondering if this is one of the computers that has a small 2 cell battery inside that can only be reached by removing the cover, if one has a problem.  Does any one else have a computer with this type of battery and how reliable is it and how hard will this be to maintain/repair?
