I am having a yellow triangle error logo (Code 28) in Device Manager for 'Other Devices'. The error code is on all the 5 ones listed below

Base System Device

PCI Data Acquisition and Signal Processing Controller

PCI Data Acquisition and Signal Processing Controller

PCI Memory Controller

Unknown device

 

The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28)

There are no compatible drivers for this device.

 

Tried updating driver - none found. Tried deleting and Action> Scan for hardware changes. The yellow error logo persists.

Ran HP Support Assistant - no issues detected

 

Someone kindy advise what the issue is and how can it be resolved

Hi:

 

You need these two drivers which should install all of the devices...

 

First install this driver and restart the PC.

 

Intel Chipset Installation Utility

 

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp101001-101500/sp101171.exe

 

Then install this driver...

 

Intel Dynamic Platform and Thermal Framework Driver

 

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp95001-95500/sp95216.exe
