HP NOTEBOOK 15-ab255
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello There , i have a little problem with the recovery drive ... i will explain EXACTLY what happened ..

- i Was just on the internet watching videos and the laptop was working normaly , after it started to lag out freez etc .. and then it started REALLY to lag out nothing was responding ,even restarting " Explorer.exe " it was the same , so i restarded the laptop , and then is was doing the " Automatic repair thing " and then it booted up to the " Window Recovery Env.
and it was stuck there even retsarting / Removing Battery / removeing USBs / trying reseting w/keeping my personal filles / nothing worked ( the only thins that was working it was the HP recovery manager but its asked to delete my personal files so i canceled ( I have 300GB+ of personal things)-

So i taked my Win 10 CD that i've made last year ( i fogoted to make it bootable i think ) and i've puted in the laptop and it wasn't reconized it ( i don't remeber what it was telling me ) so the laptop booted to the Windows Recovery Env . and i've slected ( Use an recovery image ) then it tells me that there is no recovery image etc .. i clicked on skip and then install Driver - i clicked install then a windows opened and asked me to choose the driver to install , so i clicked on the cd , and it was a fail , so i've RIGHTclicked on the CD and then " OPEN " and then Another right click on the setup.exe and reThen open and so the installer begin lunching - i clicked install and i choosed the custom button so it asked me to select the driver where i want to windows 10 get installed to , so i choosed the " C drive " and installed to it ( i skiped some part not important ) SO the Laptop booted up every seems ok but it was unstable like .. lag etc ,

The Main Problem is :

Now i have my Windows 10 Activaed ( with the OEM key ) but the HP recovery Manager dosn't shows up in the Windows Recovery Env ( So I cannot Reset it to Factory )

N.B. - i've installed - the HP Support Assistant BUT i have the Recovery manager files in the Windows.old files i've lunched the app and it works

The Recovery Drive is intact , Nothing got Deleted Really nothing ( Se the attachment below )

the main question how i can factory reset the laptop by HP recovery manager ( tomorow i will get a External drive of 1Tb to get my data safe ) but its not mine so i will use it only the time i reset me laptop

I hope the text isn't too long and also i hope you understood what i've say because my english is bad 😛

Ok Forget i found a way , The only Way i think ...

if you have already Hp Recovery Manager

1- Open HP Recovery Manager , And make a Recovery Media, You need your recovery partition to be intact      ( /: D , Drive )   you will need a 16GB usb Flash Drive to make the recovery backup / SD Card / DVDDL (2) /DVD (3) ) and wait until it end.

1/2 - If you don't have recovery manager then i've maded a Rar file like this you can unzip it and then open it and then do the the media creation / https://mega.nz/#!vlkQEJTT!5UvCpL5gquo70QBWC9tm1PpbEG-yjc2iIAwS7g_Gseo

( i don't know if you can download the Hp rcovery manager by the internet)

i didn't found a way to recover the HP recovery manager to get it working after the upgrade to win 10 Pro so to get it working i think you have to Recover the Original OS of your laptop ( HP Pavilion ) by booting the USB that you used to make the recovery media / Reset to factory / and after getting the Windows ISO by Microsoft and then don't reset it just upgrade only ( Keep Personal Files + Programs  / Installed Things idk ) and like this the recovery manager will be here after the upgrade well i think ( im sure at 70% ) bcause not all laptop are the same and having the same app .

i've made a Recovery Media with HP Recovery manager on my SD card , and so its working so now i will Factory reset mt laptop.

i hope what i've said was clear..
