So I'm stuck on a screen with CMD open, HP Recovery Manager open and nothing else, the rest is all black. I've got three options, two of them just she me details and logs from the restoration. The other button is retry, I've retried several times and it still won't work. I was trying to factory reset my pc entirely.

The HP Cloud Recovery Tool allows you to download recovery software to a USB drive. You can use the downloaded recovery image file in order to install the Windows operating system.
