Hello, my name is Eduardo, I would like to request your help. In 2017, a few years ago I bought an Hp Specter x360 13-4101dx, the computer started working very well, as I obviously expected, but after some time it began to show me some failures, not very important, but it got worse and due to laziness I never sent it to warranty, until suddenly the computer totally died. My question here is, I miss that computer so much, is there a way I can buy an extended warranty package and hp can fix it? I couldn't use it for even a year and I think it's still a very good computer. I would greatly appreciate your help.

I see you are looking to get warranty on the HP Spectre X360 Notebook and also has a hardware issue on the PC. 

 

As we have limited support boundaries in the support community as of now. I would request you to contact our HP Support Engineers and should be able to sort this out. HP provides repair or service options for out of warranty products as well. Hence I encourage you to contact HP support for all warranty options.

 

Please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the service/replacement options.

Hello, it's me, again.

 

Try again to get a proper care plan for my HP SPECTRE X360 CONVERTIBLE PC 13-4101DX, but hp technical support tells me that it is impossible for them to get a care pack for this model and instead they offer me some packages like the smartfriend hp complete pack , but those packages do not offer repair, only a remote diagnosis and it is not what I require, any other option to be able to use the hp spectre again?

I have checked there are no HP Carepack Extended plans available for this model. So you cannot extend the warranty on this PC. I apologize for the Inconvenience.
