Product: HP Stream - 14-ax020wm

So I bought a Hp Stream for someone on facebook. When I got it. It didnt work and it keep on saying insert boot disk. On facebook it was working. I NEED SOME HELP!!!!! PLEASE

Hi:

 

Test the hard drive using the F2 diagnostics test.

 

If the drive passes, then you can use the HP Cloud recovery tool to reinstall Windows.

 

You can use the HP cloud recovery tool to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your notebook.

 

Here is an info link for how to use the utility.  You will need a 32 GB USB flash drive.

Since you have to use the tool on another PC to create the installation media, you will need to enter your PC's product number i the tool's search window to create the recovery media.

 

Your PC's product number is: X7S47UA#ABA
