To keep things short and to the point: Adobe Creative Cloud told me they weren't able to solve my problem of getting me back into my Adobe account. So, I can have access to my Adobe Creative Cloud all apps. They tried many things which still failed to get me my normal access to Adobe CC. Eventually they told me, they've faced this similar problem before and advised me to have Microsoft Reinstall Windows on my computer. That was the advice of a senior tech support Adobe agent.
As I am also sure you can understand, this has created a great worry and concern for me. I am trying to do things right now calmly and with some degree of caution and preplanning of what is going to happen after I reinstall Windows on my computer.
This being the case (see above) and ONCE AGAIN I am dealing with a major company that TRAPS ITS CUSTOMERS in a support tree, I am risking that posting here in this community forum what I am concerned about now. My Hp Support Assistant desktop iccon is going to have to be reinstalled on my computer, after Microsoft reinstalls my Windows 11 on my computer. Now I understand that both my devices: laptop computer and printer are out of warranty. Which further aggravates me in my quest to get support from HP. Let's not even talk about how difficult Microsoft can be with its customers.
All I am trying to do right now is figure out how I am going to add the Hp Support Assistant icon on my new Windows 11 installation, when I am ready to ask Microsoft to do this for me, which will probably happen next week the week of M 24 Mar 25.
I have a fairly good idea by now what to do before I start the process of having Microsoft reinstall Windows 11 on my computer, so you don't have to advise me on that process. All I need you to tell me is: How do i get the Hp Support Assistant back on my computer once Windows 11 has been reinstalled on my computer. That's it.
I know both my computer and printer are out of warranty. But perhaps there is a way I can get coverage for the devices I all ready own. Once the Windows 11 is put back "Fresh" on to my computer, then I wonder if Hp will have the data about my devices it has now. If it doesn't after I figure out how to add back the Hp Support Assistant, then I got to figure out how to let the Hp Support Assistant know what Hp devices I own, which are out of warranty.
Thank you for just addressing the main points of my problem and nothing else.

First, make sure whether HP Support Assistant is still installed or not via the Windows settings in the section as shown in my image.
If not, this is the HP Support Assistant Software package from my device. It also happens that your device does not yet have software and driver support from the official HP website for the Windows 11 version.
And also, if your laptop through 'Device Manager' needs another driver, while Windows Update can't get the driver, you can search for your driver by typing its hardware ID in the Microsoft Update Catalog.
It can also be done through this third-party software (Driver Easy Pro), prioritize searching first in the Microsoft Update Catalog.
Regarding Adobe CC, I don't really understand how to solve the problem and its causes.

Banlix, thank goodness for people like you. Now, here is what I did.: I went to Settings > Apps > Installed Apps > and I found my: Hp Support Assistant, dated 3/4/2025. However, their is a question mark symbol " ? " to the left of its title. So, I think that means something, but left or right clicking on that question mark doesn't pull up any further information.
You said: "It also happens that your device does not yet have software and driver support from the official HP website for the Windows 11 version." So, maybe that means I should not worry about this icon on my desktop anymore. And maybe I should just delete it from my installed apps. I don't know.
I don't even think getting another updated driver is important for me to worry about right now.
It seems both of my Hp devices are out of warranty anyway. And I don't know if Hp will still sell me some kind of coverage on these two devices. I may look into this question with Hp support sometime in the future.
But right now, all I was really worried about is making sure I have access to the icons on my desktop, whether I still need them (in this case, probably not), and if they will work correctly after I go through the process of having Microsoft Reinstall Windows 11 on my computer. That is, it for now.
You said: "Regarding Adobe CC, I don't really understand how to solve the problem and its causes."
Please don't concern yourself with that situation. I am doing what is necessary with them to solve the problem they couldn't fix when I wanted to gain access to my Adobe CC account. Believe me, it's way over my head and probably yours too. Just know, I am proceeding with caution and doing what i have to do to cover myself from any losses of data in my current computer. Thank you for your concern.
If, however, you have anything further to say regarding my above response to you and what I said, then I'd be happy to hear what you may have to say. And I made my type Orange so as I can distinguish between what you say and what I may be replying.

If you want to trade in, it is very possible, coincidentally I also found the information here.
Also, from that information, Microsoft will stop some of its support on Windows 10 in October 2025.
For HP's default software such as HP Support Assistant, you should consult with HP customer care, whether the software and drivers for your laptop are still supported, and until when. But, in my opinion, since it can still be installed on your laptop, it should still be quite functional at this time, no need to uninstall it.
