Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Sir, my hp laptop (buyed-2016) 15-ay series, recently  i changed to kingston ssd after that os continously chrashing every 5days once ,i did bios update and ssd drivers updates too , but it work with hdd os  without any issue , could you please give advise is my laptop support ssd?

We understand need help on upgrading storage on the notebook.

 

Upgrade options for this particular model are not available as the motherboard of this unit does not support the same
