My laptop won’t work. It’s less than 2 weeks old.

I am unable to see how this document is of any use for a black screen? 

plus, No I did not do anything with my machine, if you are unable to understand my inquiry please move along till someone who does comes online. 

I need solutions or guidance please not a show off on machine ownership rights.
