My beats special edition is overheating and shutting off 2 mins-5mins of turning it on. Im pretty sure its the heatsink and or the fan, im having a hard time finding the part, help

Normally with a failing fan you will get a warning message at startup. Have you used compressed air to blow out all of the vents, ports and other openings in the case to ensure good ariflow? It may need cleaning and new thermal compound applied to heatsink. Just a thought. Maintenance and Service Guide is here if needed:
