Hp chromebook 14 os missing

Hye I am trying chrome recovery utility app to recovery my chrome book 14 q010dx but I didn't find in list..also I tried type by model number(FALCO C2B-C31-H97) but showing invalid. Kindly help me how I can downlaod os for hp chromebook 14 q010dx or FALCO C2B-C31-H97. REGARDS
