Product: ProductID: 1H9M0UA#ABA Model: HP Spectre x360 Convertible Laptop PC 14-ea0023dx

Hello there,

I was trying to install windows using the HP cloud recovery tool and it went good all the way from the flash drive booting to installing it to the laptop. It soon booted up with, what seems to be, windows 11 setup look and started to install drivers and after some restarts later, the installation stopped with the following error message photo_2023-12-24 13.33.36.jpeg

My device is HP Spectre x360 Convertible Laptop PC 14-ea0023dx and my product ID is 1H9M0UA#ABA

I have also saved the log file but I couldn't attach it to this message, but I can provide it if needed.

If it helps, I have performed the same steps on other 2 HP devices and it worked just fine for those.

I suggest that you  check the SSD for failure.

 

Press the power button and immediately tap[ the F2 key. Run a system test and a test of the SSD.
