Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have been trying to create a Hp Cloud recovery drive and it won't complete.  It has been 18 hours so far and it is stuck on 95%.  What do I do?

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

 

  • Did you try again to create a new set of recovery media using a recovery tool?
    Did you check your internet connectivity and speed?
