Thank you. It turned out that all I needed was the product key. Please edit your post and delete that serial or change it to 6F9V1PA#ACJ which was all that was needed to create the recover. At one time the app asked for the serial number.
I think I know the problem. You just need to try again using a different borrowed computer and make sure it is hardwired ethernet and not on Wi-Fi where the signal could drop out.
Using a fast computer network, it took me over 2 hours to get to the "extraction process" and another 30 minutes before the hash was done and the USB flash ready to boot. I suspect a problem occurred on the system you borrowed during the build process. I used a new Kingston DataPort 32gb flash and did not get a hash error.

The extraction error you received, was it on the system you are trying to recover or was it on the system that you used to download the recovery package?
I actually do not own any HP systems that qualify for cloud recovery and have not done this procedure myself.
If the error occurred when creating the recovery package then use another computer. If the error was on the system you were trying to recover and the diagnostics pass then there is something wrong with the package or a hardware problem that is preventing the recovery.
Can you explain what you were doing and on what system the hash problem happened?
If the problem was in the cloud restore package then HP needs to be contacted. If the system cannot be restored and it is under warranty then return it.

Sir I will tell you from starting, I bought the laptop from. The official store after around 3 months I downloaded the game from unknown source it work well for 1 month then I downloaded another game but then I was trying to install mod on it then on the next day I opened my laptop and I saw some kind of flicking issue only when I open the web browsers be it Chrome, brave or Microsoft edge the I contacted the support then we have done some test same as you have mentioned like memory test display test and all, but they are taking to much time.
So I decided to install windows 11 by my own I downloaded the iso file from Microsoft website and then boot my computer. Then there was a driver issue then I used drivers pack to know which driver is not there and then I installed them now for 2 months my pc was working fine and for these 2 months I haven't downloaded any untrusted app but then suddenly the flickering issue on web page comes again then again I called the supposer then they said me that try to recover os using hp recovery tool.
Now I am doning this in external pc{other pc then the problem Ed pc}
I installed the hp cloud recovery tool form Microsoft store and it ask the product ID and min 32 gb pendrive and download the os and extract the files and automatically make the Bootable pendrive but after the extraction process i.e. Extraction process is done then it check for the file if something is left now after 30min of check it through an error that contact hp support reason unable to match hash.

I do not think the game is the problem but you might see if your system qualifies
https://www.systemrequirementslab.com/cyri
You have an RTX-3050 which is excellent board. The spec for the HP mobile 3050 is here. It is in Yellow highlight
Look at that game requirements list and if you do not see your 3050 then scroll the TechPowerUp list either up or down and find the video boards listed by the game site. You will see where the 3050 fits in their requirements.

Where did the "unable to find match hash" show up? Was in on the computer you were using to create the install?
I need to know If the problem occurred on the system you borrowed.
Also want you to know that the latest win11 can always be installed from the 23H2 Microsoft ISO but you will not get all the free stuff from the factory setup.

Unable to find hash is shown in the borrowed laptop. Which was Asus vivo book sepc are same 3050 and i5.
BTW i think window 11 update 23H2 is now available for all as there was an update in my friend pc
Also I have installed 22H2 ISO file that that time when I get that flickering issue after that I have checked about 23H2 update so I don't have much idea about that.

I am running 23H2 on several systems, none of which are certified for 11.
Try another computer and see if the same problem occurs. If you send me a PM with the serial number of your system I can try to create the update package. If I get the same error I can notify HP headshead about a possible problem. Do not post serial numbers here. Click my name and send the message.
