I’ve had this laptop for 4 months and I woke up one day and the wireless drivers were wiped off. I tried to reinstall them on a USB and in that process now the OS is not working and it says it cannot automatic recover. Anyways, I was on the phone with support for almost an hour yesterday and he sent me a link to download recovery media onto a usb. The template he sent me didn’t have any of the information filled in at all (didn’t even take the time) and I need the country code and product number for this recovery media. Can anyone be helpful here? What is the hp country code for US?

Normally HP 15t machines are CTO machines, only available in the US. You can use HP Support Assistant to see FULL model/product of your machine

As you can see on the following image, I've got 2 HP machines. Both Product ID's are ending with #ABG which is for Asia Pacific (in general)

Your machine should be ending with #ABA.
