Hp customer care asking me pass code.. what is pass code and where i will get?

i bought new laptop and i want to activate ms office so i want to call hp care but they are asking me pass code. so where i will get pass code?

Did you buy Microsoft Office ? Your machine only has trial version of Microsoft Office and you can use for 30 days or so

Probably you asked a wrong place. You need to ask Microsoft or try:

I got free lifetime Ms office.. HP seller told u need to call hp customer care then they will tell you the steps to activate it.. Plz tell me how to get pass code
