HP Spectre x360 Convertible Laptop PC 14-ea0000 (1Q878AV)

For the past few months, I have been encountering problems with the display and the foot that supports the laptop's display when closed. The matrix has rough places that can be felt when writing with a stylus. When the sun is shining, you can see dark spots and lines. The screen was wiped with a clean microfiber cloth, as described on the HP website. The right display leg has sunk halfway into the laptop casing. This defect is easy to notice because the laptop screen is tilted to the right when closed.

The screen feet sinking is common issue btw
I texted it today to hp support, and they denied the repair for both the screen and feet. Right now I have $1000 peace of junk that has bad visibility and factory build issues. What can I do to get the warranty repair that I should have.

Here is the screen photo. It wasn't spilled with water or any other substance.
