HP Recommended

I have an hp elitebook 840 g7 i7-10th gen. It has an finger scenner space and i think this is the finger scanner but my pc continously showing that we could not find fingerprint scanner compatible with windows hello fingerprint.I tried from youtube but that didnt work.Please answer my solution as soon as possible why my finger scanner is not working.
