Hp elitebook 850 G3
Hello, I was on the internet when the conputer suddenly shut down (black screen), I tried to turn it back again and it wasn't working. None of the lights are on (charging battery or wifi detection), no spmell like burnt. I' ve tried ti tun it back on several tmes, but the screen remains black. The computer is 1 year old. What is going on?

I am sorry for the issues you experience with your HP computer.

 

 

Try hard restart/hard reset.

 

Press the power on-button on your PC and hold it for about 5-10 seconds until your computer powers off completely.

Remove and unplug any external periferals and accessories.

Press once the power-on button to turn on the PC and wait if it will start now. Wait...

 

If it still fails to load properly, go ahead with the next steps

If you did try everything but nothing helped, I am afraid you will need to bring your computer (or ship it) to service - HP Authorized service center. If the computer is still under warranty, you will need to notify HP support first. If you are not sure where such a center is located, please contact HP support for assistance in finding one.
