HP Recommended

I just got this hp envy 360 and when the keyboard is open, in correct computer mode I guess you would say, it registers like it's closed and is in tablet. But when I turn it upside down where the screen is on its back it registers like it's in computer mode??? I've tried a bunch of different things but nothing seems to be working. And it worked just fine when I got it today then suddenly stopped?
