HELLO I BUY A HP LAPTOP ELITEBOOK FROM A FRIEND AND WHEN I TURN IT ON IT GIVE ME EXECUTION STATUE: NO RECOVERY SOUCE WAS FOUND. CAN ANYONE FIND ME FIX THIS PROBLEM.

Please provide the Product ID or Model name for better assistance. Preferably the full product ID including the characters after the # symbol.

 

Cannot do a recovery  with just the "elitebook"

Which one of the 145 models do you have CrazyJoo?

Its a hp elitebook 840 G8

Please go to the below site and enter your product ID including the 3 letters after the # character.  There is no way to get that information from the spec for your 840 G8 system. and I do not want to guess at it.

Is cloud recovery available?  lemme know.

 

If not you can install 10 or 11 and get drivers from  here.

What do you mean by "EXECUTION STATUE: NO RECOVERY SOUCE"

 

You have a business type laptop and there is a different cloud recovery

download this software and create the 32gb flash drive
