Hp pavilion x360 randomly and frequently crashes everyday. This is so frustrating. give me a reason why I shouldnt switch to another laptop.

Here is a one reason - having this PC repaired may be cheaper than buying a new one 🙂

 

I truly understand your concerns and frustration but If we speak from technical point of view only - what you show is definitely a hardware problem which needs the PC to be serviced and repaired.
