I forget my password and I will not enter to my laptop

  • Change your Microsoft account password
  • Reset your laptop or reinstall Windows
  • Enable any security features like BitLocker or BIOS protection

 

Are you using a local account or a Microsoft account to sign in?
(If you usually sign in with an email address, it’s a Microsoft account.)
