  •  I have hp laptop 15 version 8.7.1.0. I haven’t used it in a few months. I turned it on today and it is in a loop. No matter what I do I can’t get it to boot. I have tried powering it on and off, that gives me the hp logo screen. I have tried F8, that give me the hp logo screen and says please wait. I tried F11 and that gives me the hp logo screen and says preparing automatic repair. I cannot get into safe mode.
I have tried hp pc hardware diagnostics UEFI and everything passed.
Is there anything other way to get into safe mode so I can maybe go back to a safe recovery date?
I'm not sure if this is happening because of windows 10. I know back in June or July I had the blue screen of death but was  able to recover from that.

Any help is truly appreciated.

Force restart three times to trigger automatic repair, then select Advanced options > Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Startup Settings > Enable Safe Mode.
